Programme Manager – Mission Systems

As a Systems Integration Engineer, you’ll bring complex mission systems together and make sure every component works as one—reliably, securely, and as intended.

You’ll work hands-on with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware, software, and networks, troubleshoot issues across interfaces, and support testing through to deployment. This role is ideal for a practical problem-solver who enjoys turning designs into real, operational capability.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Integrate subsystems across hardware, software, and network interfaces to ensure end-to-end performance.
  • Plan and execute integration activities, including build configuration, deployment, and system bring-up.
  • Develop and maintain interface definitions, integration procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple components and coordinate fixes with engineering teams.
  • Support verification and validation, including test planning, test execution, and defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage technical risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration methods, tools, and secure engineering practices.
  • Integrate subsystems across hardware, software, and network interfaces to ensure end-to-end performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with systems integration, test, commissioning, or operations in complex environments.
  • Solid understanding of interfaces (hardware/software), networking fundamentals, and system architecture.
  • Confidence troubleshooting across multiple components using logs, test tools, and structured root-cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with requirements, verification/validation, and technical documentation.
  • Comfortable working with configuration management and version control (e.g., Git) and disciplined change control.
